1.29.16 – A Conservative’s Lament, the GOP Debate, Ask the Counselor, and Guest Phil Kerpen

Very good week-ending show with a lot to talk about. Obviously, I started with last night’s debate and also briefly mentioned Donald’s “fundraiser” side show. Apologies for the voice – thanks flu! – but my 2 stellar guests saved the day.

Listen to the full hour here:

My first guest, return friend-of-show Dan Chambers, spoke about the ins and outs of what law enforcement is and is not required to do with regards to Miranda rights. Everyone knows “you have the right to remain silent…” but there is FAR more to it than that. This important information for anyone.

Phil Kerpen of American Commitment then joined me. With a free-market resume worthy of significant respect, we talked about recent good news from D.C. and the absurdity of the country’s ethanol fuel mandate. Of course, we talked about the GOP debate, too.

Topics:

  1. A conservative’s lament – the assertions in this short note are (frightfully and sadly) becoming more and more obvious.
  2. The debate – the best part was Fox’s using old video to force Christie, Cruz, and Rubio to explain themselves.

Thank you for reading and listening!

Monday’s rockstar guest: Former secret service agent and candidate Dan Bongino

Have a great weekend!!!
