First off, congratulations are due to all of us: we “contributed” more tax revenue in the first 6 months of FY 2016 than we EVER have before!
(Alas, the Federal government spent it all PLUS another $461,000,000,000. In other words, for every $1.00 we sent in, they spent $1.31).
Today’s show was GREAT and you can listen to it here:
Returning to the show was Caleb Howe, of RedState, TruthRevolt, and the American Spectator. A veritable WHIRLWIND of content (between these three right-leaning sites, Caleb published about 150 articles), he was a PERFECT guest.
As a resident of North Carolina, Caleb fully understands what a bigoted, homophobic, hateful, despicable, and awful state it is. He walked us through the raging controversy about the new state/city gender-preference laws for bathrooms. Turns out: what the state has done is NOT as being represented.
We concluded talking about the Presidential campaign – the projection contained within the “Gestapo tactics!” accusations from Trump’s team and Roger Stone’s threats to give out the room numbers of delegates who won’t support The Donald.
I wanted to get to his article about Ted Cruz’s tax plan – but we ran out of time!
- Trump whined BIG TIME in New York about the system being “rigged” against him – despite having more delegates (as a percentage) than he’s received actual votes:
- Best meme of the day:
- Gender pay gap alert: The Clinton family foundation hires more men than women and pays them WAY more.
- Television: LOVED this week’s episodes of Better Call Saul and The Americans; and HATED the premier of The Real Housewives of Dallas.
