I couldn’t help but start the show with the hilarious controversy of NFL draftee Laremy Tunsil‘s self-proclaimed “hack” of his Twitter and Instagram account — because of this video:
Teams are definitely aware of the Laremy Tunsil video. Have heard from several of them. I've reached out to his agent for comment/context

Other than this, it was a VERY serious and VERY good show. Listen to it here:
Ask the Counselor – with Dan Chambers:
My first HausGuest was Dan Chambers, with the fortnightly episode of “Ask the Counselor.” In this segment Dan and I discussed the legal principle of a statute of limitations, which has been getting a lot of press over former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert’s conviction of “bank fraud” stemming from accusations of sexual molestation of a high school wrestler years ago — to0 many years ago to be able to bring charges against. him.
Dan shed some much-needed insight on the topic and gave both the pros and cons for having a statute of limitations on criminal activity. Here’s the short and VERY interesting segment:
HausGuest segment – Kurt Schlichter:
Kurt had free reign and it was awesome. After talking a little H-Rod and Trump, we also hit these two op/eds he’d recently had published:
You can listen to the isolated interview clip here:
- Huge frabbajabba at Trump’s rally in Costa Mesa (a few miles from where I live):

- My recent Independent Journal op/ed on Trump’s economic illiteracy has yielded some CRAZY responses:
