#HausRules’ Friday Guest: American Commitment’s Phil Kerpen

Yeah, we’ll probably talk about the debate. We’ll certainly talk about capitalism, freedom, and liberty.

Phil Kerpen runs American Commitment – a D.C.-based think tank and policy organization. Their bio:

“We are dedicated to restoring and protecting the American Commitment to free markets, economic growth, Constitutionally-limited government, property rights, and individual freedom. American Commitment engages in critical public policy fights over the size and intrusiveness of government.”

His background also includes stints at Americans for Prosperity, Free Enterprise Fund, the Club for Growth, and the Cato Institute. As you can imagine, we get along swimmingly.

He also just published an article pointing out the nonsense that is the beloved-by-Iowa ethanol program. We’ll certainly hit that, as well.
