I’ve been a huge fan of Derek Hunter’s for YEARS and I’m so excited to have him on the show. It’s somewhat hard to see in the pics, but Derek is a human GIANT, by the way.
For the Dennis Miller fans in my audience.
Derek has a three-hour radio each day on Maryland’s largest talk radio station, WBAL. You can see why I’m such a fan from his bio (emphasis added):
“Derek Hunter takes his knowledge of Capitol Hill, and his love of TV and movies to mash politics and pop culture together with a dose of snark on The Derek Hunter Show.”
A dose, indeed.

One bit of genius from Derek that we’ve previously discussed is his insightful criticism of “Better Call Saul” – he pointed out that although the show is great, we already know how things end in that it was a prequel. So the writers are kind of limited with the types of surprises and shockers that they can offer. That’s unlike, for example, if they did a show about Jesse and Jimmy/Saul that takes place AFTER Breaking Bad. Which, to be fair, may be the NEXT series up…
